Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Embrace FALL!  

I think we can all agree a little Fall cozy-time is in order!  At The Sweat Shack we have fallen in LOVE with all of the Organifi products and LOVE this blend of powerhouse superfoods found in Organifi’s Gold Powder.  In this recipe Turmeric, Ginger, Coconut Milk,  Reishi, and so much more is partnered with nature’s amazing gift - PUMPKIN!  It’s an all around winning combination and the perfect healthy snack this Fall!  Enjoy

Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Makes: Approx 4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 2/3 cup unsweetened rice milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops Organifi GOLD Powder
  •  

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or mixer.
  2. Pour into individual serving glasses.
  3. Refrigerate for a few hours until pudding firms up.
  4. Top with coconut whipped cream, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and serve!
